TOUCH-A-TRUCK:
PARADE OF TRUCKS
The smell of spring has (sort of) started permeating the air here, which means summer is just around the corner. It also means that event season is upon us! We can’t wait to kick off the season with the Main Street Program’s Parade of Trucks on Saturday, May 21 from 9 a.m.-Noon in the heart of Downtown Winona.
Last we switched the event to a parade style format, and everyone LOVED it, which means we’re sticking with the parade style going forward! We’ll have more than 25 participants, which means no shortage of cool vehicles for your kids to interact with.
The parade begins promptly at 9 a.m. and goes from East Front Street (along the Mississippi River behind Levee Park) to Johnson Street and ends on 3rd Street. Once the parade is over kids will be able to interact with all the vehicles until Noon! Thank you to our sponsors Winona Health Main Street Clinic, Allstate Peterbilt, and Rihm Kenworth for helping make this free, family-friendly event possible.
